ORIGINAL edition, of which no large paper was printed, with a frontispiece portrait of "sous-lieutenant Guillaume Apollinaire" by André Rouveyre, cover illustrated with an original two-color drawing by Cappiello. A fine, fresh copy, dedicated: "To Camille Bloch, his friend. Guillaume Apollinaire".
Dedicated copies of this book are very rare. C. Bloch, Libraire-Editeur, published a famous "Portrait de Guillaume Apollinaire aux armoiries" by Louis Marcoussis in 1920.
